Built from the ground up within the historic Old Waialua Sugar Mill, our distillery is bringing new life to a legendary landmark once at the heart of Oʻahu’s agricultural legacy. What was once a symbol of Hawaii’s plantation era is now home to a bold new chapter in craft spirits. We’re crafting bold, unforgettable experiences that honor Hawaii’s roots while rewriting the rules of what a distillery can be.
Powered by a custom, state-of-the-art copper still, we produce world-class rum, whiskey, gin, and moonshine, each batch intentionally crafted for complexity, flavor, and a sense of place. Our spirits begin with pure ingredients and end with an experience: smooth, vibrant, unapologetically original.
